Office Assistant Jobs

We are searching for experienced, proven individuals to assist with temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct hire positions. We are looking for people who are professional and who can represent any company well.
Responsibilities:
•Assist with billing, payroll, and answer multi-line phone system as needed
•Perform a variety of administrative functions that include record-keeping and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
•Schedule appointments and provide information to callers.
•Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and monitor invoices.
•Represent the brand on client/customer phone calls and face to face in the office.

Requirements: Must have a least 1 year of experience. Must be able to handle inbound/outbound calls. Must be able to pass a basic Microsoft Word, Excel, DE and writing test. Great written and verbal communication skills. Must be detailed, organized, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be on time, with a positive attitude and ready to work. Professional office experience working is preferred.
Pay :  20/hr
