Knowledge/experience with Practice Fusion (practicefustion.com) EMR/HMR, updox.com for telepsychiatry, text, secure forms, using form builders, billing by officeally.com, engage review management and Medical billing provides online billing access from practice fusion., availity.com. officeally.com, online searches for Insurance and clearinghouse, Covermymeds.com, online Pharmacy insurance pre-authorization site for Rx supports, and online Mental Healthcare operations willing to train for the right candidate who is willing to learn with a great attitude and personality. Psychiatric Medical Practice, Providing Behavioral Health Care since 2005 by Dual Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist, seeks New associates to implement business ideas and work with the visionary office for a Psychiatric Practice that offers virtual Mental Healthcare throughout the state of Florida. This is a Part/Full-time position (Monday-Friday).
Must have excellent online/offline communication skills to deal with Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatric Patients
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Overseeing

Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn the below.
Greeting patients, online, Check-In/Check-Out in the virtual waiting room
Receive real-time Vitals virtually
Insurance Verification online
Collecting Copay /Deductibles/ AR/ Billing/ Monthly reports
Connecting the Previous Patient, via Social boost, Facebook, emails, and text messages
Scheduling appointments virtually
Organizing days activity
Answering phone calls
Checking Patient Online
Online Billing using Practice Fusion, updox.com, officeally.com, and Kareo.com
Posting charges and reports, A/R
Scan and Uploading Records and Claims online/offline
essentially an Operational assistant to the Psychiatrist and all the providers; performing documentation in the Practice Fusion practicefusion.com EHR, gathering information for the patient's virtual visit, and partnering with the physician to deliver the pinnacle of efficient patient care.
