Our Office Assistant role works closely with the Miami hub site director and is expected to provide administrative and employee onboarding support to ensure efficient operation of the office and employee contracts. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
You will collaborate with;
- Senior management team in various projects as well support employees with losing holiday requests, requesting bajas and similar
- Our internal teams to create employment contracts following a standard template
- The finance team to ensure monthly payroll cadence
Qualifications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some administrative background ideally in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
