Job Description
Florry Creative Care Corporation has over 25 years of combined experience providing medical services and case management to patients, ensuring they are connected to all resources that best meet their needs. We provide elderly and disabled in-home care.


The Office Assistant will report to the Human Resources Manager. The Office Assistant provides generalized and specialized staff assistance in a wide range and combination of Human Resources department activities. This position will provide administrative support for Florry Creative Care, including word processing, presentation and report creation, file and records management maintenance, and general office support.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Assist with
  • Assist also need to perform background checks and verify a candidate’s qualifications and experience.
  • Assist HR Manager with recruiting and outreach.
  • Completes various HR projects in a timely manner.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
  • Answering and making phone calls to potential candidates.
  • Participate in orientation for new hires and conducts HR related training as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee credentials and sorting emails for the HR department.
  • Review emails of potential candidates and schedule job interviews.


QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:


  • Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent record keeping.
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and meet required deadlines.
  • Ability to understand, communicate and interpret company policies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
