Delta Air Lines Human Resources team is looking for an experienced HR Records coordinator to join our HR Service Delivery team in our Atlanta office. We are looking for someone that finds enjoyment in helping others find resolution in the area of employee and alumni services (i.e., personnel records, payroll, benefits, etc.).
This HR Records coordinator role will support the organization in implementation of large-scale strategies for maintaining HR records across diverse platforms and formats. The role will also support providing high quality employee experiences by delivering accurate and timely support through emails, phone calls, walk-ins, and case tracking tools.
This position encompasses a combination of daily records administration of highly confidential information, project management, and maintaining reasonable service level agreements with customers and business partners by providing accurate and timely responses.
Responsible for the organization, inventory, disposition, and retention of physical and digital records based on data retention policies
Perform daily audits and record keeping tasks to ensure compliance is met
Manage and track the delivery of physical and digital files to and from other department or vendors
Ensure records are uploaded and maintained appropriately in all document management applications
Provide, monitor, and audit business partner access to records
Assist in project and business strategy efforts for the team
Responsible for accurate data entry into HRIS systems
Update internal process document and workflows
