Optavise, a CNO Financial Group Company is seeking a National Recruiting Manager to source, recruit (interviewing and selection), and close Insurance Agent and management-level candidates for field sales organizations. The role provides additional recruiting support by training field managers on effective sourcing, recruiting (interviewing), and closing techniques. The National Recruiting Manager will also source and interview Field Manager candidates in defined areas where additional support is needed.

As a National Recruiting Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop new sources for agent and management candidates.
- Conduct formal training sessions with field organizations on effective sourcing/recruiting techniques. Provide informal coaching at all levels of field sales organizations on effective sourcing/recruiting techniques.
- Establish referral sources for agent and management candidates.
- Participate in assigned geography leadership meetings/activities tied to recruiting goals.
- Participate in career fairs, attend industry association gatherings, and search internet sites offering potential sourcing opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly recruiting targets that align with specified territory goals.
- Demonstrate experience with successful execution of direct sourcing methodologies and tools (i.e., internet sourcing, networking, cold calling, research, etc.)

What you’ll need:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Competitive spirit and commitment of achieving quarterly onboarding targets.
- Ability to work remote with excellent time management skills.
- High School Diploma or Diploma Equivalency.
- 4 years of experience recruiting sales professionals.
What will set you apart:
- Technical/Professional recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
This role is full time work from home (WFH), also known as Remote. This role can be performed from any US based location within the central or eastern time zone. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
Associates who live within a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Philadelphia, Orlando and Milwaukee) have access to come into that Office up to 2 days/week, and are encouraged to come into the office at least twice per month.
