Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC & Plumbing Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share for our national accounts in the HVAC & Plumbing industry. You will work closely with our executive leadership team to ensure that we meet and exceed our sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships. RectorSeal is a portfolio business of CSW Industrials, Inc., a publicly traded industrial growth company.
RectorSeal manufactures and/or distributes a variety of chemical and mechanical products for the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries. What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and execute effective sales and promotional campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Identify new business opportunities and work to expand our product and service offerings
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to stay current on industry trends and network with potential customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue for national accounts in the HVAC & Plumbing industry
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity and performance against targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and finance, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts
We’d Love To Have a Candidate With
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales strategies and tactics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC & Plumbing industry, with a proven track record of success in national accounts sales
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
