We are looking for a Manager, National Accounts to help manage and grow wholesale business, with an emphasis on Walmart. This role will be responsible for managing and growing national retail channels. This role will work hand-in-hand with supply chain, marketing, finance and product development to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee growth and development of Mass retail channels
- Partner with supply chain and demand planning to ensure OTIF PO shipments, minimal chargebacks, low OOS and on-time product launches
- Lead in line reviews and assortment strategy in partnership with VP, Sales
- Short and long-term strategic planning to improve account results
- Track and execute account deliverables according to timelines (e.g. item setups, secondary submissions, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and creative to build marketing plans and drive visual merchandising strategy
- Create and monitor sales forecasts and manage margin for owned channels
- Build close relationships with buying/planning teams and work to build relationships with other key stakeholders within accounts
- Analyze reporting and closely track sales goals to share with team members and key stakeholders
- Develop sales, promotional and marketing strategy to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Results oriented
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to thrive and perform in a fast-paced startup team environment
- 5+ years experience in national account management (Mass channels)
- Proficient computer skills necessary – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Passionate about the health and wellness industry
