Mortgage Processor - Remote | Wfh

We're excited to be seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Success Specialist (Processor)! As part of our team, you'll be responsible for communicating with our valued clients and ensuring that all necessary documents are collected and organized for mortgage approval. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of mortgage processing experience and strong communication skills to get the job done.
As a Client Success Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Collecting all required documents from clients for mortgage approval
Collaborating with our sales team to establish and maintain strong relationships with current clients
Providing top-notch customer service to help resolve any issues that may arise
Acting as the main point of contact between all parties involved in the mortgage process
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have
At least 5 years of experience in mortgage processing
A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Extensive knowledge of underwriting guidelines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A willingness to learn and navigate new programs and platforms
