Patients can now take control of their lung health, while providers have the opportunity to deliver higher-quality care, propelled by accurate remote monitoring.We are seeking a Patient Outreach Specialist to call and educate eligible patients on Aluna who have chronic lung conditions. This position will work diligently with the Customer success team to help add patients onto it’s remote patient monitoring platform.

You will be responsible for:

Calling and educating 50+ patients each day

Contact and qualify potential patients

Schedule onboarding calls
