Requirements

  • Local to Los Angeles or willing to relocate to Los Angeles
  • Have a driver’s license and be able to commute for work when necessary

  • Knowledge of the industry and its key players
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • No previous esports experience required
  • Ability to work effectively and supportively with teammates. Ability to prioritize organizational and/or team priorities over individual needs, seeking out win-win situations wherever they exist.
  • High empathy and ability to self-regulate emotions when under increasing stress.

Benefits

  • Access to industry-leading esports resources and community
  • We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business

  • The wage range for this role incorporates the multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000
  • Part of a winning team with a growth mindset
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, and a matching 401K!
  • Fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing company
