Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst, who can develop dashboards to review performance, establish member and market segmentation models that are used to drive relevant and targeted campaigns for products and services. This role will require you to adept in evaluating the needs of the credit union, and will understand how and where to acquire knowledge about consumer trends and demands.


Workplace: Hybrid - Remote 2 days per week


Responsibilities: In your role as a Marketing Data Analyst you will:


  • Developing and maintaining client databases, data and reporting processes
  • Maintain ongoing business relationships with key partners, vendors and consultants for data analytics, marketing research and targeting/segmentation data.
  • Oversees data and analysis for the marketing department including but not limited to list generation, data analysis, recommendations based on data analysis, forecast reporting, and ad hoc requests from departments/Executives.
  • Establish KPI and ROI goals and create reporting and dashboards for key initiatives. Leverage data to support marketing strategy and articulate compelling business cases.
  • Collaborating with other teams to implement new systems and tracking
  • Create baseline reporting, utilizing automated analytics, to measure markets, product penetration, and promotions to identify areas of business opportunity. Implements strategy for targeting and segmentation to support the organizations goals.
  • Support to Marketing Department as needed to further departmental goals
  • Providing guidance on measurement and goals for other teams across the organization
  • Perform descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics using statistical models or industry accepted tools. Analyzing data and presenting trends, insights, and strategic recommendations


Essential Qualifications: Three to five years of experience with data analytics and two or more years of experience in financial services. Undergraduate college degree required, MBA preferred.


  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Domo and/or Tableau.
  • Expert in Excel and manipulating data.
  • Experience with MCIFs and Segmentation models.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Prep, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities and Duties: This information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Team member may perform other duties as assigned.


General Responsibilities


  • Cleans mixing room including floors, doors, and pipes
  • Remove finished product from product line
  • Secure finished packaged items by taping
  • Observes personal hygiene required of the food service industry
  • Record the lot number of packaging on the lot tracking log
  • Adjust machine components and machine tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of product.
  • Verify correct packaging components finished products to meet customer specifications
  • Package and prepare finished product for order picking
  • Cleans all equipment as soon as practically possible
  • Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to customer standards.
  • Keeps equipment in its designated space
  • Stock and Prepare Packaging needed for Finished Products
  • Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor
  • Stock and sort product for packaging or filling machine operation, and replenish packaging supplies, such as wrapping paper, plastic sheet, boxes, cartons, ink, or labels
  • Maintain a clean, orderly work environment adhering to all food safety and industrial safety standards

Qualifications


  • Accurate computation skills to measure ingredients using scales. Will be required to calculate ingredient amounts and estimate quantities as needed.
  • Good problem-solving skills to determine appropriate action for resolution.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Written communications to make entries on production lists, mixing sheets and ink worksheets.
  • Must be able to give and receive accurate verbal instructions to follow directions on production lists, mixing sheets, color cards and product labels.
  • Must also be able to maintain balance when lifting and demonstrate manual dexterity when making adjustments to machines.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stoop, pull, push twist, bend and reach.
  • Demonstrate good organization skills to collect and assemble ingredients, coordinate timetables and schedule work assignments with co-workers. Will also need to organize and maintain product files.

  • Must demonstrate good visual acuity to distinguish between details and colors.
