Job Description

About Us and the Role:

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager. Over the past few years Coro has received $175M in funding and is one of the fastest growing Cybersecurity companies in the world. The funding is primarily being used to enhance the Coro All-in-One Cybersecurity SaaS platform and for additional headcount growth, as Coro continues to expand globally.

Coro started in Tel-Aviv, Israel and is also headquartered in Chicago, IL with additional offices in New York, London, and remotely across the globe. As a global organization, Coro gives you the ability to work with people and teammates from around the world.

We like to refer to our all-in-one solution as “security in a box” as it helps to protect our Mid-Market customers from the 4 main areas of cyber threats, they are most susceptible to; email security, cloud applications, endpoint security, and data and complaints.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, your main responsibility will be to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will monitor and ensure the performance and consistency of all messaging from the top of the funnel down to sales engagement.

You will be working closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Direct Sales, Partner Marketing, and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives. Your main audience will range from those who have never heard of Coro to our prospects, who complete a form on our website.

The ideal candidate has been in more of a strategic role than technical roles in the past. You will be responsible for driving strategy and creating or repurposing content to persuade your target audience to convert.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing channels.
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including BDRs, Direct Sales, Partner Marketing, and Corporate Marketing to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage effective marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to gather and analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Understand and monitor top-of funnel metrics, campaign performance, and website conversion rates.
  • Facilitate and schedule meetings with the sales team and new partners driven by Demand Generation efforts.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in running successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools.

Job Benefits and How We Work:

  • This is a fully remote role, however, occasional travel may be required for team events
  • Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision (80-90% company paid), HSA with contribution, FSA, 401k with company match, company paid STD & LTD, company paid life & AD&D, pet insurance and Paytient.
  • Unlimited vacation days, Sick Days, and 10 Paid Holidays
  • World class product
  • Essential Technology and Marketing

What to Expect in the Interview Process:

  • 45-minute zoom interview with either our VP of Sales or VP of BDR’s
  • Assignment

  • 60-minute zoom interview with the hiring manager/VP of Demand Generation
