As a Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media strategy, driving brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and supporting sales initiatives and managing paid ads across platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for design, fluent in English, who possesses a deep understanding of social media trends, best practices, content distribution automations, and AI design tools. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms, fostering meaningful conversations and building strong relationships.
  • Manage and optimize paid ads across platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more to drive brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying new strategies to enhance our presence, sales effectiveness, and utilize content distribution automations and AI design tools.
  • Proactively contact leads, manage lead nurturing, and activate automated follow-ups to support the sales team, leveraging content distribution automations for maximum reach and effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute an effective social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support sales efforts.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Create and publish engaging posts, articles, videos, and other content formats using AI design tools like Midjourny, Canva, Buffer, and others to captivate and expand our target audience.
  • Manage and curate compelling content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Apply your creative mindset to generate innovative ideas that engage and grow our social media audience.


Requirements:

  • Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to extract insights for performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for each channel.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, including sales support.
  • Native fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Spanish = advantage).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including the sales team.
  • Knowledge of legal industry trends and ability to incorporate them into social media strategies is a plus.
  • Keen eye for design and ability to create visually appealing content using AI design tools like Midjourny, Canva, Buffer, and others.
  • Experience with content distribution automations to maximize reach and effectiveness of social media campaigns.
