Role Overview
As a Manager within our New Stream Media capability, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day coordination, execution, and management of media for one of our valued Retail Media Network clients. We value diversity and welcome remote candidates from across the U.S. who can work CST hours.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with our client, vendors, suppliers, and CPGs to develop compelling media journeys both onsite and offsite, leveraging your expertise in eRetail, shopper marketing, and CPG.
Craft and implement retail media business KPIs into innovative Omni-Channel media plans, working closely with our monetizing lead.
Stay at the forefront of retail media trends, eRetail, and shopper marketing, constantly learning and adapting your strategies.
Take the lead in coordinating assets and tags with vendors, ensuring campaigns deliver exceptional results against KPIs.
Oversee and optimize client pacing & performance across a digital media portfolio, achieving outstanding outcomes.
Foster seamless execution across programmatic, paid social, and onsite channels by collaborating with cross-channel leaders.
Report to an Associate Director of New Stream Media, contributing to the overall success of our team.
What You'll Bring
A passion for digital media buying and planning with 3+ years of experience in the space, or related activation experience.
Proficiency in programmatic (DV360 or Trade Desk) or social media, with a strong grasp of digital media channels (programmatic, paid social, paid search).
Familiarity with Criteo, PromoteIQ, CitrusAd, or Instacart is a plus.
Client-facing experience and the ability to train and mentor others, ensuring collaborative success.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage professionally with clients.
