Pharma Construction Manager Jobs

Proven experience (X+ years) in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Project Management: Plan, initiate, and manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management methodologies and overall project delivery.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Project Management, etc.). Master's degree is a plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Set up job files and maintain file folder tracking on Box for all disciplines

Review and assist with SOW finalization, collaborate on project work plans, and create/revise schedules

Coordinate kick-off meetings, validate and distribute finalized deliverables with routing forms, and route jobs via Jig using automation feature

Drive agency weekly status meetings, guide change orders and revised estimates, and coordinate final deliverables with selected partners

Close jobs and coordinate retrospective/post-mortems on high visibility and complex projects

• 6+ years of experience in process improvement, marketing, project management, operations, business administration

Work Location – 100% remote

• Manage the procedure, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns

• Hire and manage third party vendors; oversee the work of internal and external partners and vendors

• Experience executing omnichannel/multi-channel campaigns and programs

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry

3+ years of experience in client management in pharma

Manage communication between multiple teams

Manages client relationship and execute projects

Experience with pre-launch, launch, and post launch for campaigns

Execute projects from start to finish

Assess client needs and opportunities

Assists in preparing capital project approval forms for senior management approval

Experience and knowledge of Pharma Manufacturing Safety and Area Classifications

Communication with project leads and clients to define project scope and requirements

Manages discipline specific and/ or equipment related capital projects

Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors across the various project activities

Bachelors degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience or Masters degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience is required.
