Marketing Project Manager (Contract)

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget.
• Develops functional specifications and requirement documents.
• Provides strategic counsel and executes project management best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals.
• Responsible for supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate complexity, often multi-channel, marketing campaigns by providing project management and/or executional support and may provide direction to a Project Coordinator.
• Develops and manages project timelines.
• Supports the strategy and leads planning for assigned brands and phases across the entire consumer lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred

• Waterfall Expertise
• PMP preferred
• Business and non-IT project management experience

Additional Details:

• Self-starter and ability to work in a environment with great deals of change
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Workfront
• Experience building plans, tracking deliverables, leading meetings, documenting meeting notes. providing summaries.
• Ability to communicate horizontally and vertically
• Ability to manage large scale efforts
