Manager Internal Marketing Communications

Position Overview:
Works on a team to promote, protect and enhance TCCC’s reputation through internal and external communications strategies and tactics, including corporate social media, with specific focus on leadership communications.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with global communications teams, bottling partners and other functions to ensure consistency of internal messaging.
• This role will be responsible developing and executing internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and understanding of our business, culture and values and for communications.
• Partners with agency resources.
• Measures reach and impact of communications initiatives internally; makes recommendation of best practices based on results.
• Partners with NAOU Human Resources, NAOU executive leadership and Corporate PACS Communications teams to develop and amplify communications that connect our leaders’ voices to our key internal stakeholders. This includes supporting culture-building initiatives internally.
• Evolves methods of communications to reach audiences via digital platforms.
• Works on a high performing team with a collaborative and agile mindset to achieve Stage 3 Growth.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required

Related Work Experience:
6+ years of relevant experience, in corporate communications or brand PR.
