Job Description
VICI is an e-commerce company that sells quality, affordable, on-trend clothing for the contemporary woman. Summary/Objective:


The Marketing Analyst will drive the company’s understanding of channel and business performance. The analyst will develop metrics and strategies to test and enhance performance and conduct analyses that help the team use data to inform decision making and business strategies.


The role will encompass project planning, shaping conclusions and developing recommendations to accelerate acquisition, increase repeat orders, grow AOV, etc. The individual in this role will leverage multiple data points, including insights from both existing and new consumers, marketing campaigns, and business landscape to help identify holistic insights to help shape the strategy and grow the business.


Essential Functions:


  • Work with propriety and 3rd party data sets to drive insights and customer segmentation and LTV
  • Ability to define/improve/automate processes to drive speed and agility
  • Manage Marketing Mix Modeling and Multi-Touch Attribution
  • Leverage multiple technologies and data sources to develop and deliver holistic insights via dashboards and other visualization tools
  • Identify and develop behavioral customer segments
  • Partner with stakeholders and support functional teams in defining goals, selecting appropriate KPIs, monitoring performance, and deriving trends and opportunities
  • Apply deep understanding of performance and measurement across key digital channels – e,g. App, Search, Web, SEO, Email, SMS
  • Interpret data into a meaningful way and translate into actionable information
  • Ability to manipulate and extract insights from large data sets and translate into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey
  • May support ad-hoc marketing projects and perform other duties as assigned in support of the overall success of the company

  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac and Google products and standard applications (Slack, Office365, Chrome, etc.) and standard data processing tools (e.g. SQL)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; willingness to think out-of-the-box to resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment delivering a high-quality product on short notice
  • Excellent time management and organization skills; meticulous attention to detail


Work Environment:


  • Use office equipment such as computer, mouse, keyboard, printer
  • Occasionally lift or pull up to 20 pounds
  • Sit for long periods, standing and walking intermittently
  • Works in an indoor office/home office environment, temperature controlled


Education and Experience:


  • 5 years of experience using MMM and MTA or like models and experience migrating companies from performance driven to full funnel marketing
  • Minimum 5 years’ related experience in all essential functions noted above, including 5+ years of experience working with data, including working with standard data processing tools/concepts (e.g. SQL, ETL), analytics, validations and data integrations
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language fluently, and communicate verbally and in writing at a professional level
  • Degree in an analytical discipline (e.g. engineering, computer science, analytics, BI, operations, data science, consulting) or equivalent
