Positive Grid, an innovative D2C music tech company, is known for creating products that inspire musicians worldwide. We're looking for a visionary to lead our Email Marketing and CRM operations. In this role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative email marketing initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, automation, subscriber growth strategies, and revenue generation through retention and segmentation. You will play a crucial role in forming strategic partnerships to establish a high-performance email marketing program that supports our mission of revolutionizing music creation. This role will report directly to a TBD authority and will include managing direct reports.
【Typical Accountabilities】
- Work closely with the data and development teams to ensure data integrity.
- Manage timelines and partner with the design team for creative asset delivery.
- Monitor deliverability and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM/GDPR/Overall Data Privacy guidelines.
- Work with the UI/UX designer to optimize email templates and forms.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for a robust email marketing program, including new initiatives and overall optimization.
- Build effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue.
- Oversee the execution of email campaigns and prioritize them based on revenue goals and business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop personalized journeys and automations.
- Manage A/B tests and maximize engagement and LTV.
- Support various strategic programs through manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Use reporting insights to recommend strategies to drive sales, customer performance, retention, and LTV.
【Essential】
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/communications or related field.
- Experience with leading ESPs (e.g., Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Listrak).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- 3+ years of strategic email marketing experience.
- Experience with CRM and DMPs.
- Strong organization, project management skills, and attention to detail.
【Desirable】
- DTC-focused marketing experience is a significant plus.
- Experience in a high paced, high volume multitasking role and environments.
- Experience working and communicating with international teams.
- Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies in an e-commerce environment.
- Experience with CDP is a significant plus.
