You will be the point person to lead marketing ROI analysis for the team. Your objectives are to inform new product decisions by performing analysis on market opportunities, inform marketing strategy through mining sales data for insights, and inform talent partnership decisions by analyzing earned media performance.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of demonstrated ability to handle complex data with background in analytics and finance preferred.

Experience collaborating with earned partners within a marketing organization such as brand, talent owners, channel marketing and product.

Experience developing dashboards to summarize the performance of marketing launches.

Proven ability to take findings from executions and implementing for future projects.

Strong presentation skills with an ability to gather complex data and extract and articulate results in a simple manner.

Strong communicator with a collaborative, positive attitude.

Operate with a high attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

You are curious, passionate about data, and effective at communicating results across the organization.

Description

Partner closely with the product marketing team to explore new products and categories for Beats by Dr. Dre. In this capacity you will size markets, study the competition, identify growth opportunities, and build cases in support of NPI.

Evaluate and identify trends in sales by analyzing industry data, from both within the company and outside. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports to educate the team and identify useful insights for leadership.

Partner with brand marketing to identify earned media moments. You will do an analysis on results and elevate key findings to leadership to advise future plans. This role will partner closely with talent leads across sports and music to implement terms of contracts and ensure Beats by Dr. Dre gets great value.

Lead analysis of new product cases including preparation of keynote for leadership. Be knowledgeable about Beats by Dr. Dre product categories and share insights on a quarterly basis.

Prepare weekly dashboard on market performance to share with and educate key core team.

Elevate concrete insights to senior leadership to positively impact strategy and execution.

Proactively work cross functionally to ensure marketing activations and sales promos are aligned.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify upcoming earned media opportunities.

Report earned media performance across brand campaigns and moments and offer analysis to inform future plans and priorities.

Ensure the valuation of earned media activities are mathematically viable and can be appropriately represented and defended across the organization.

Monitor annual performance across talent relations and customs teams, and distill key takeaways to leadership.

Ad hoc analysis as needed across marketing, sales, and product initiatives.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $82,100 and $158,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
