GENERAL FUNCTION

This position is a direct operational link to the field and stores in our integrated Brands (ForEyes/Clearly). This role focuses on elevating operational tools, and methods to drive business results, standardization, process improvement, and operational excellence. They also manage operational planning and execution for other related business initiatives. This position is responsible for executing short-term and long-term communications that engage stores and field leaders and align to business priorities. This role provides communications counsel, message development and scheduling for internal deployment across all levels of the stores’ organization.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pay Range: $75,431.33 - $117474

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package Benefits/Incentive Information including health benefits, PTO, 401K, paid family leave, tuition reimbursement, and eyewear discounts.
