Experience in enrollment funnel management, SOARFIN, SOAR, Peoplesoft queries, or a comparable system and use of a CRM.

Serve as a liaison to academic, service, and student engagement functions to identify strategic investments of financial and human capital.

Implements tools and conducts analysis, big data and policy development for issues and processes to improve student success and engagement

●Design and develop new team-wide systems to support Upstart’s new Inclusive Creative Economy Strategy

●Serve as primary contact for fiscal sponsor on admin topics, including financial systems

●Coordinate Upstart team members across shared projects, including public events

●Prepare Upstart’s annual impact report
