About This Team
The Community Foundations team is responsible for the foundational model and programming
of community across North America stores which includes the long-term vision for store
community as it relates to brand resonance and retention, IDEA integration alongside the short-term operational management of tools and tactics. The NA Ambassador team drives the
strategy and execution for how lululemon leverages store Ambassadors - local leaders in
wellbeing - to increase brand resonance and expand reach through local relationships.
The Store Ambassador Program Lead executes development of all resources and tools to
support implementation of the Store Ambassador Program by store teams across all North
America stores. They will partner will other members of the Community Foundations Team to
ensure a seamless integration of the Ambassador experience into other Community
Engagement programs developed for stores. They will be responsible for recapping and
storytelling analytics of program success including bench fill, gift card spends, Ambassador
experience satisfaction, database accuracy, and photography completion.
Design the NA store ambassador program taking into account into the NA business objectives
and Global Ambassador framework.

  • Create and execute yearly strategy to support Ambassadors across North America
  • KPI and budget/resource tracking.
  • Proactively develop concepts and ideas for future of program
  • Retail enrollment and accountability in the program
  • Develop communication plans to stores and ambassadors.
Qualifications
  • Strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution
  • Minimum 5 years project management and/or relationship development and management experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the marketing field or proven community expertise across multiple geographies
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, diverse projects within related field

Compensation And Benefits Package
For NYC Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in NYC is from $75,100 – $98,600 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering, subject to program eligibility requirements.
