Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of experience in arts administration, communications, marketing, or office management, or other relevant professional experience

Manage NYICFF’s national Kid Flicks tour from program creation to outreach, promotion, booking, print traffic, and partner relationships

Manage logistics and bookings process for FilmEd Field Trips

Streamline and simplify processes to elevate the associate experience and the customer experience.

Provide leadership and support on Store & Field processes to ensure the field is positioned to execute with excellence.

Operationalize and standardize existing policies and procedures, enabling field associates to serve customers with excellence.

Develop and write communications in a variety of voices and styles for numerous channels, including email and internal communication platform.

Work directly and collaboratively with clients and leaders to identify projects and create timely, effective and meaningful communications.

Serve as a change agent for improvements by identifying areas of misalignment and stimulating change.

Strong organizational skills, interpersonal and time management skills

1+ years financial services experience

Ability to multi-task and prioritize team responsibilities accordingly

In this role, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee and coordinates client correspondence

●Manage team meetings and offsites

●Maintain internal systems including CRM, policies and procedures, and office record keeping

●Design and develop new team-wide systems to support Upstart’s new Inclusive Creative Economy Strategy

●Serve as primary contact for fiscal sponsor on admin topics, including financial systems

●Coordinate Upstart team members across shared projects, including public events

●Prepare Upstart’s annual impact report

Experience with various social media platforms and reputation management tools.

Assist Executive Director in maintaining and creating new relationships with property management partners.

Actively maintain the organization’s online reputation management efforts.

Oversee and participate in the management of all social media pages and advertising.

Manage grantmaking efforts including application review, communication chain with applicants, review committee, recipients, etc.

Communicate with donors regarding ticketing, sponsorship fulfillment, benefit fulfillment, etc.

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or work order system
