Your role at Sephora:
As a Manager, Site Marketing, you will be a business owner for marketing and campaign content on our site and apps. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site Marketing, you will:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build out marketing plans for omni, alternative payments, and product campaigns, including but not limited to: content strategy, navigation and other functional updates, and UGC integration
- Leverage data, personalization strategies, and campaign content to help define the digital experience strategy for our Sephora digital platforms
- Drive site strategy for omni, alternative payments, and product campaigns
- Demonstrate our Sephora values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative.
- Continually research and seek out new opportunities to innovate site content, including maintaining our site Best Practices resources
- Program the site marketing calendars for North America Homepage for personalized audiences, while balancing merchandising exposure needs
- Act as a key marketing stakeholder on product roadmap projects
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional partners on new workflows
- Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy, leveraging client behavior, content and page performance analytics to inform short and near-term planning
- Role will manage one direct report
- Partner with production and product management to QA content and new site features
We’re excited about you if you have:
- 6+ years of ecommerce and/or marketing experience.
- Ability to function as a team leader but also jump in and get your hands dirty.
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication.
- Proven ability to take initiative, organize, and manage several projects simultaneously (and prioritize appropriately).
- High energy and flexible in a constantly evolving team environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels and across multiple locations.
- Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals and to consensus. Ideally, experience working with Marketing and Analytics.
- Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data.
The annual base salary range for this position is $100,500.00 - $132,500.00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
