Site Manager Jobs

As a Site Manager for Project Management, you will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading wind farm projects from ideation through to completion while interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and implement solutions for problems encountered during the WTG on-site assembly and commissioning.
• Manages and coordinates all the activities during the delivery, erection, and commissioning phases of the WTG from the beginning of the project to the Final Certification by the Owner.
• Monitor the construction process to ensure it complies with Nordex-approved processes and procedures.
• Monitors/tracks the construction schedule to ensure it meets all contractual obligations
• Process all purchase orders required for materials or services needed on site.
• Ensures that all parts are delivered to the site complete and on time as not to interferes with the construction schedule.
• Interacts with clients during wind farm construction.
• Monitor, coordinate, and approve all Nordex employees or directly hired subcontractors? hours, rotation, and vacation requests.
• Prepares daily and weekly job progress reports to be reviewed by upper management.
• Coordinates with the contractor the mobilization of all heavy equipment on-site including cranes, erection (mechanical and electric) equipment, and transportation equipment
• Monitor all additional costs incurred at the site.
• Organizes and tracks all the quality control, transportation, and engineering documents for the project.
• Attend daily POD meetings with all contractors.
• Monitor and control the budget of the site and its variations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
