iTalent is seeking a Manager, Product Operations to join our emerging Retail Practice group. This role will be 100% Remote! This is an exciting role and the individual selected will help our leading retail client reach their strategic initiatives.

This person would also interact closely with our iTalent Retail Practice Directors as well as senior leaders in our retail clients organization.

Required qualifications and skills

As a Product Operations Manager, you will act as the liaison between IT Support and the Business, with a focus on Merchandising, Design, and Product Development. In addition to day-to-day support, problem solving, and training, you will also act as a lead in Operations projects which may cover process engineering, enabling system enhancements, and analysis to define future strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· System Support and Training

· Primary contact for business users and IT Support leading daily problem-solving and issue resolution for enterprise-wide technology solutions.

· Identify system defects and execute solution testing, following through to completion of resolution.

· Prioritize weekly Production Support activities for system repair, change requests, and ongoing maintenance.

· Create training documentation, lead user training and education in change of process. Identify, document, and promote best practices.

· Manage system access and user database, complete critical system admin functions.

· Project Management, Process, Strategy

· Own plan creation and execution, including RACI, time and action, definition of stakeholders, communication, facilitation, and budget. Optimize for the best use of time and resources while meeting overall vision.

· Drive vision, metrics, and report on status of deliverables.

· Key project team member as we expand and integrate existing systems and processes across new categories.

Preferred qualifications and skills

· Deep understanding of go-to-market processes and applications supporting merch, design, and product development processes related to all product categories.

· Experience collaborating with a large array of cross-functional team members and building key relationships with internal and external clients.

· Expert in spoken and written communication with an intrinsic understanding of target audience.

· Action oriented, skilled in problem solving, organization, and planning.

· Experience working independently with the ability to adapt; comfortable with navigating unknowns; possesses a desire to pursue continual learning.

· Familiarity with apparel systems, preferably PLM and Digital Asset Management. Proven success in quickly learning business systems and understand high level technical issues.

· Training experience preferred.

Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred
