About the Role:

Job Title: Product Operations Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and identifying where there are opportunities for improvement in the product process, both internally to the Product team (product management, design, and research) and cross-departmentally
• Work with our product and engineering teams to identify project goals and track progress
• Facilitating internal and external communications around feature launches, training materials, and onboarding plans
• Partner with product managers to ensure initiatives impacting multiple teams are coordinated and released on time with feature planning milestones met as needed to ensure on time delivery
• Exposure to Agile Project Management/ Agile development
• Communicate and advocate the product vision and roadmap to clients and prospects
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing key processes that help to scale products
• Identify product strengths and weakness relative to competitive offerings within specific market segments

Desired Qualifications:

Banking/ Mortgage Industry is highly preferred

Location: (Remote)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000– $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
