Overview Product Support Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a product support team. This includes overseeing customer service, technical support, and product development teams. The Product Support Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer service and technical support teams are providing the highest level of customer service and technical support. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and technical support. Detailed Job Description The Product Support Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a product support team. This includes overseeing customer service, technical support, and product development teams. The Product Support Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer service and technical support teams are providing the highest level of customer service and technical support. They are also responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and technical support. The Product Support Operations Manager is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
