Overview
As the Manager of Marketing Strategy and Activation, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and driving the execution of marketing campaigns to achieve the organization's goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage campaign planning and execution, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective marketing activation. This role requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to analyze data and insights to optimize marketing performance.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage the campaign timeline, budget, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Marketing Activation:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and customer experience, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to develop compelling campaign concepts and messaging.

  • Identify and evaluate potential marketing channels, partnerships, and promotional opportunities.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to track expenses, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts.
  • Support in the setting of marketing goals, defining KPIs, and establishing success metrics.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  • Develop regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize marketing reach and impact.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activations and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Budget Management:
  • Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine brand assets, including logos, taglines, and visual elements.
  • Deep knowledge of the market, luxury jewelry industry landscape, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities to reach target audience segments.
  • Develop and implement marketing activation plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Support brand management activities by ensuring consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution:
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost optimization.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, print, social media, events).
  • Effectively communicate marketing plans, objectives, and results to key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Derive actionable insights from data analysis to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy and activation, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, traditional, events, and PR.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial acumen.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving marketing

Estimate Salary Range: $115,000-130,000
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
