The Marketing Strategist will play a critical role in driving growth and engagement across Kith-owned channels. They will be a strategic thinker, able to bring a creative vision to the role while staying focused on business objectives. They will possess a deep understanding of the Kith brand and the fashion, retail, and lifestyle space, and will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will inspire creativity and collaboration among team members while delivering measurable results that drive the business forward. As a point of contact for external vendors, the Marketing Strategist will ensure the timely and accurate execution of marketing initiatives and foster and maintain strong relationships with platform reps to keep Kith informed of new and emerging platforms and tools. This role will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Senior Marketing Strategist to ensure a cohesive brand message across all Kith-owned channels.
Responsibilities:
- Project Manager marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving growth and engagement across channels
- Project manage rollouts to be presented for internal review, from both visual and strategic points of view
- Lead and mentor a global team of marketing specialists, copywriters, and designers, inspiring creativity and collaboration among team members
- Consult on IG & TikTok organic marketing & content amplification strategies
- Collaborate with all the teams involved in the creation of content and communication strategy as it pertains to KithandKin rollouts (inclusive of Content, Multi-Brand, Retail, Expansion, Partnership, and Experiential teams)
- Strategically leverage audience behavior and insights to implement thoughtful segmentation and diversified communications across platforms; Identify new opportunities for customer engagement, content methodology, and possible revenue streams
- Lead the strategy and execution of end-to-end marketing strategies across Kith-owned digital channels emanating from the KithandKin channel (this will have overlap throughout Kith’s digital ecosystem)
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Strategist to ensure a cohesive brand message across all marketing communication channels
- Collaborate with retail and merchandising teams to strategically repromote Kith products and services, increasing the visibility of collections past launch
Qualification:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Deep understanding of the Kith brand and its visual identity, as well as the fashion, retail, and lifestyle space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and advertising, with expertise in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge and experience in using digital and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok
Skills
- MS Office, Google Workplace, Apple iWork (Keynote), Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Slack, Brandwatch, Metasuite, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat
Preferred:
- Background/Experience in retail, fashion, footwear
- 3+ years of previous management experience of (at least) 2 reports
