Job Description

Our client is a growing airspace security SaaS company whose platform is known for their real-time detection of drones and specific detailed information regarding their make, model, location, etc. Their technology is taking the market by storm by allowing users to stay one step ahead of potential security threats. This company has applications in critical infrastructure, SLED, airports, schools, and more. After their continued success they are looking for a Customer Success Representative.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with existing accounts and new leads to secure business
  • Handle renewals of the software
  • Ability to demo products and upsell SaaS solutions into current accounts
  • Provide quotations and log information accurately in the CRM


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of SDR or other sales experience
  • Proven ability to cold call and generate outbound leads as well
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
