Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

• User acceptance testing, performance testing, security testing (including documenting the results) and enhancement requests with high criticality.
• A very deep understanding of one of the functional processes like Sales/ Finance.
• Translate requirements into technical plan and align with BSA and project management teams on timing, resources, and scope of the deliverable.
• Closely working with BSA (Business System Analyst) and Business Owners to analyze business problems and provide solutions.
• Architect, develop, and deploy complete BI solutions in SAP HANA environment.
• Responsible for development of analytical reporting, dashboards, and data modeling for the Functional Swimlane (Sales/ Finance).
• Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Pursue problems and resolve technical issues. Debug, fine tune and optimize report performance.

• Experience with BOBJ with emphasis on developing Universes using IDT, Webi reports.
• Proficient in the use of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office to perform custom calculations, filtering and sorts to support complex business planning and reporting scenarios.
• 8 or more years of extensive development experience in SAP Business Intelligence (HANA/BW) solution delivery with at least 2 full life cycle implementations using SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, native HANA, and B/4 HANA.
• Bachelor’s or higher Degree in related field, or equivalent experience.
• Confirmed knowledge in the Design and Configuration of Sales/ Finance Info Providers with BW on HANA experience.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP BW on HANA features, standard and custom SAP BW Extractors, complex transformations using ABAP, advanced DSOs, composite providers, exposing BW models as HANA views, mixed scenarios, HANA Analysis process in BW and LSA ++ and performance optimization concepts.
• Ability to build and support Back-End Security Models to safeguard business critical sensitive data
• 8+ years industry experience including 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP (Native) HANA and B/4 HANA data modelling views (Attribute, Analytics and Calculation views) with graphical and SQL scripting, procedures schema management, data provisioning technology including SAP LT Replication Server, Data Services (BODS).
• Experience with BW data modeling, Business Warehouse Remote Cubes, Multi-Cubes, ODS Objects, Info Cubes, Transfer Rules, Start Routines, End Routines, Info Set Queries, Info Objects and User Exits.

• Knowledge and working experience with Sales models and data sets
• Semiconductor industry experience, including the “fabless” business model.
• Reporting Tool experience like Tableau , Power BI ..etc.

The base salary range is $180,000 - $287,500. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
