Job description:

Silverstein, Silverstein & Silverstein, P.A. is a leading boutique law office in Aventura that handles plaintiffs personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.


We are looking for an experienced litigation legal assistant. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who is highly organized and able to effectively prioritize. Responsibilities include supporting the firm in the following areas:

  • Other duties as assigned
  • E-filing with courts
  • Data entry
  • Coordination with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel
  • Managing attorney calendars
  • Familiarity with Florida court procedures and requirements.


Qualifications:

3+ years working as a Litigation Legal Assistant
