Legal Assistant at Purcell Flanagan Hay & Greene P.A. for our Riverside office. To begin, the position entails a broad range of secretarial and administrative responsibilities. The position, however, offers increasing responsibilities and compensation as skills and abilities develop.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong attention to detail.
Skilled in written and verbal communication.
Skilled in document composition.
Ability and willingness to learn and effectively apply new skills and concepts.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks to complete assigned projects accurately.
Ability to plan work week, provide necessary documents for client meetings, anticipate Attorney’s needs.
Ability and confidence to recognize problems and identify potential solutions.
Education and Experience
A bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant work experience.
Compensation
Commensurate with knowledge, skills and abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
