Responsibilities & Duties (including but not limited to):

Join our team and provide compassionate and excellent patient care by performing courteous, efficient, and accurate service. Under general supervision of the LVN Supervisor, Site Manager and or Radiology Manager this position will assist physician/provider with all general medicine or specialized medical practice duties as a Medical Assistant within the scope of practice. As the limited X-ray Technician, individuals will perform diagnostic x-rays within their licensure for patients of all ages and assume responsibility for accuracy under the direction of the radiologist; works effectively with patients and other clinic personnel. The limited x-ray technician is also responsible for all duties relating to the darkroom. Additionally, as a Limited XRay technician, you will contribute to the patient experience from start to finish. This role demands multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be to help with patient flow during the day and communicate instructions to patients as well as perform x-ray services. Education, Training and Experience.

Education and Experience:

Required: High school Diploma or GED Required. Graduate of a State recognized vocational School. Requires 2+ years of experience as a Back Office Medical Assistant/Limited X-Ray Tech in an ambulatory care facility or medical group practice.
