Job Description

Job Overview: As our Digital Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in defining, developing, and launching innovative digital products that will help us achieve our mission of improving health outcomes. You'll be responsible for managing the digital product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are aligned with our business goals and customer needs

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure that our digital products are aligned with our business goals and meet customer needs
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize the customer experience and improve digital product performance
  • Conduct ongoing digital product analysis and make recommendations for future digital product enhancements and development
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform digital product development decisions
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define digital product requirements and specifications
  • Develop and maintain the digital product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Develop and implement digital product launch plans, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Drive digital product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on e-commerce, health, or wellness products
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Proven ability to develop and execute digital product roadmaps and launch plans
  • Agile development processes
  • Mastery of digital product management tools and methodologies, including
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in any field required; advanced degree a plus but not required
  • Passion for health and wellness, and a commitment to advancing the field
