The successful Product Manager will be a key member of the i-Ready Platform Product Management team and will work cross functionally with teams across the organization to build impactful, industry leading AI and Machine Learning technologies, while establishing clear governance policies that support and guide innovation.
The impact you’ll have:
- Support AI governance initiatives through the facilitation of a cross-functional advisory board, creation of internal policies, and clear documentation of associated AI risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and third-party vendors to ensure the success of our AI-powered applications and integrations
- Serve as Product Owner of CA’s internal Data Science and AI team, focused on roadmap development and the engineering enablement of cutting-edge AI solutions to support teachers and students
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high impact use cases for AI and Machine Learning technologies
Who we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A master's degree or other advanced degree is a plus.
- 2 or more years of experience as a Product Manager, Data Scientist, or ML Engineer, preferably in a Technology or EdTech environment
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management preferred
- Some hands-on experience building AI solutions is a plus
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, time-series forecasting, deep learning, and/or other related approaches
Pay Range – This role’s range is $60.750. - $99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
