General Purpose
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Product Information representing MillerKnoll products. Will support SKU-based data modeling and complex configured data modeling to serve the needs of our Retail and Contract businesses.
Essential Functions
Ability to read and understand complex product definitions provided by business owners and translate into a working configured data models.
Perform complex product definition setup in company PIM system while adhering to establish style guide requirements.
Validate accuracy of completed work through careful review and testing of information when directed by system workflows.
May send out routine written and verbal communications to internal and external customers in support of department objectives and activities.
Professionally handle communications including resolving routine and complex inquiries, redirecting messages or direct callers to another party as needed. Takes initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
Serve as a resource to others within the department/team on applicable system training and use.
Perform additional requirements as operations may require in support of achieving business objectives.
Support the department/team in annual planning and budget development.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and or equivalent experience.
Licenses and Certificates
None.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent data management skills and relevant computer application knowledge.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and team orientation.
Possess good independent judgement skills.
Exhibits ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms (phone, one-on-one, group presentations, email, etc.).
Proven organizational skills, detail orientation, and follow-through with a customer service focus.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, high degree of integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
Exhibits ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Strong time management, multitasking, process management and problem-solving skills.

A starting compensation range for this role is $52,100.00 - $64,850.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
