Job Description

As the Customer Data Platform Manager at Yum Brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic management and utilization of customer data across our global organization. Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enhance customer insights, drive personalized marketing initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement customer segmentation strategies based on data insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and analytics, to define data requirements and ensure data integration and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain data governance processes to ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data protection policies.
  • Train and educate internal stakeholders on the CDP capabilities and best practices.
  • Drive personalization initiatives by leveraging customer data and implementing relevant targeting strategies.
  • Ownership and management and strategic development of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the CDP performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, marketing technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, segmentation, and customer profiling techniques
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Preferred Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is desirable.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience working with customer data platforms, CRM systems, or similar data management tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in driving data-driven marketing initiatives and leveraging customer insights to enhance customer experiences
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital marketing strategies is beneficial.

Salary Range: $137,000 to $189,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
