Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of legal files and documents

- Welcome and direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
