Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of legal files and documents
• Work closely with our paralegal team, aiding in various legal tasks
• Welcome and direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
