Job Description

Snell Legal PLLC is an established and growing AV rated business law and litigation firm in Daytona Beach seeking a litigation paralegal with experience in state and federal court litigation who is also willing and able to assist with non-litigation business law tasks. Qualifications


  • Detail oriented
  • Experience with billing time
  • Minimum of 2 years litigation experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • State and federal litigation experience a plus
  • Proficiency with typical civil law firm, and litigation, software
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Registered paralegal a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency with technology
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program a plus
