The Walt Disney World Resort Legal Department is seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Paralegal position to assist attorneys with contract drafting, legal research and general legal work. The paralegal position is within a legal organization that provides advice to various departments in Walt Disney Parks and Resorts including Marketing & Sales, as well as other business areas.

Assisting attorneys with drafting a wide variety of agreements, legal research and general legal work.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Effective organizational skills with careful attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and contract drafting skills
• Must be team-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
