Role Description

We are looking for a contract, project-based Paralegal to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a contract role and will be on-site. The Paralegal will be responsible for providing legal support to the attorneys in the firm. This includes legal document preparation, document review, research, communication, and other related tasks.


Qualifications

  • Document Review: Ability to review and analyze legal documents.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Research: Ability to conduct legal research and analyze legal documents.
  • Law: Knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Legal Document Preparation: Ability to prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
