Description


What to Expect


MISSION


Work with the Partners and Senior Managers to deliver projects with competing deadlines on time to clients across multiple offices and types of work. Develop time and labor estimates for teams to use in future workforce planning. Identify project goals and objectives and create a project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, and resources required. Communicate with project team and identify risks and issues to on-time delivery. Monitor progress to ensure that projects stay on track. Evaluate successes and identify areas of improvement for future projects. Establish time and dollar budgets for each project. Contribute to business development opportunities by leveraging this knowledge across different types of work.


What You’ll Bring


Requirements


Strong familiarity with Monday.com


Strong data analysis competency.


Ability to manage hundreds of projects at once across multiple teams and functions.


Train staff on project management best practices.


Build dashboards and reports for use internally and for clients.


Understanding of or experience working in a professional services firm.


Outstanding communication and relationship building skills.


Demonstrated ability and desire to work collaboratively with senior-level professionals to help them succeed in meeting their business development objectives.


Ability to analyze matter-level performance including profitability.
