Experience designing, developing, and implementing a variety of training programs, using instructor-led, web-based, or virtual training methods

Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory, classroom and web-based instruction

Experience with instructional design and storyboarding

Knowledgeable about ADDIE (training lifecycle)

Conceptualize and produce guidelines and other resources that can be used to improve GEDI knowledge and skills of IRC staff.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to synthesize sophisticated information and present information in a compelling manner;

Demonstrated experience managing, curating, and delivering internal learning and development content;

Instructional design experience with knowledge of PowerPoint, specifically in content layout, maintaining existing files and presentation building - 2+ years

4+ years of experience developing learning solutions through multi-modalities, including eLearning, VLT, ILT and video.

Advanced Knowledge in Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline

Previous PM experience - complex projects

Supports the delivery of learning content via VLT and ILT.

Meet with new hires to establish rapport and collect insights into friction areas of Knowledge Management leading to opportunities for improvement

Possess the knowledge or skills needed to set up training environments

Execute instructional design of self-led and instructor-led courses and coordinate/own the delivery of education for Client technical employees

Coordinate with client's technical instructors and support teams to ensure a positive and exciting experience for attendees in all tracks

Proven experience (5+ years) in instructional/curriculum design, e-learning development, and learning experience design, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting

Possess excellent oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on training delivery

Experience in building courses in a learning management system

Five years of experience in learning program management and instructional design

At least two years of experience in learning program management, facilitation, and instructional design

Broad understanding of travel management (flights) and travel agent functions

Previous experience working and teaching both ILT, remote, and self-guided learning

Previous experience working and teaching remotely

Experience working with students with various disabilities in a higher education disability services office.

Bachelor’s degree in higher education, counseling, social work, rehabilitation counseling, or a related field.

Two years of work-related experience.

Knowledge and expertise in the field of disability services administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge and familiarity with various assistive and adaptive technologies.
