We're looking for a Training Specialist to join our team and help us develop and deliver effective training programs for our employees. As a Training Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our staff has the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
In this role, you'll work independently and as part of a team to analyze training needs, design curriculum, and conduct both group facilitation and individual coaching sessions. You'll collaborate with department managers and business partners to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive learning and development.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in training and development, with at least 1-3 years of experience (3-5 years preferred) and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). You should be able to conduct needs analyses and develop training curriculum for projects of beginning to intermediate complexity, as well as deliver training across multiple lines of business.
