Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or Related field. Relevant experience may be substituted, year for year, for academic achievement.

Demonstrated training project management expertise, managing complex training efforts with shifting timelines and involvement of various stakeholders

Overseeing learning function with direct leadership support and responsibilities

Minimum Five (5) years’ experience in developing and leading adult training programs including measuring effectiveness

Expert knowledge of adult learning theory, methodologies, and processes

Education and experience in learning development, adult learning theory.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently and interact frequently with senior management to help set strategic guidance.

Drive continuous thought leadership and innovation in learning experiences and processes.

Prepare and support partners in delivery of exceptional learning experiences.

Analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify problems, gaps, and solutions in learning experiences.

Minimum 7 years of sales experience and experience leading global sales teams

Assist in the development and execution of an enterprise wide LMS deployment strategy.

Explore and make recommendations for optimizing use of LMS features and functionality.

Remain current on new LMS releases, coordinates user acceptance testing, and communicates changes as needed to appropriate groups.

Supports HR/Talent Management interfacing systems including updating Learning & Development SharePoint sites and future systems

Manages multiple competing initiatives simultaneously and deliver on service requests within area of expertise according to quality and SLA standards

3+ years of LMS and HRIS experience required, experience with SuccessFactors preferred

Experience with instructional design and implementation preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering learning management systems and related technologies.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Administrate and maintain the learning management system (LMS) and other online learning platforms used by our organization.

Manage the full ecosystem of learning platforms ensuring integration and optimal end-user experience across all platforms.

Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in the LMS.

Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure effective learning experiences in the LMS and other online learning platforms.
