Overview A Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs for an organization. They are responsible for researching and analyzing the needs of the organization and developing learning and development programs that meet those needs. They also evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and make recommendations for improvement. Detailed Job Description A Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs for an organization.
